Our Process

Step 1: Start-Up

First, we gather information about what new hires need to know and learn to excel in their roles. This includes understanding the company culture, policies, job responsibilities, and any specific skills or knowledge required.

Step 2: Design a Prototype

During this step, we create the structure of your onboarding materials by outlining the topics to be covered and developing a prototype that includes the fonts, colors, styles and interactions you desire.

In this step, we create the actual e-lea

Step 3: Develop Materials

In this step, we create the actual e-learning materials. This could involve writing scripts, designing visuals, recording videos, and building interactive activities—all tailored to effectively convey the onboarding information to new hires.

Step 4: Review Materials

In this step you review the online draft of your new-hire onboarding – making sure that the audio, video, graphics, attachments and interactions meet your satisfaction. We use this step to obtain final approval before go-live and to make any needed edits and modifications to the course.

Step 5: Launch

Once the course is developed, it's time to launch it for new hires to access. This could be done through an online learning platform where new hires can log in and complete the onboarding modules at their own pace, on a company website, or a dedicated onboarding device. We turn over the published course files
and the source files we used to create the course.

This five-step process ensures that our new-hire onboarding e-learning courses are thorough, engaging, and effective in preparing new employees for success in their new roles within the company.
